Since 1952, the Association of the Friends of Dubrovnik's Cultural Heritage has had a room in the heart of the Old Town where exhibitions (panels) on Dubrovnik's cultural heritage are held. The Association of Friends of Dubrovnik's Cultural Heritage works throughout the year to maintain and restore the fortifications of the Old Town, Ston, Pridvorje and Slano and the Sokol fortress in the Konavle.
