Samo stara slava!
Upravo otišli razočarani i gladni, konobari zbunjeni, okrivljuju jedni druge za greške.
Iako je konobar zapisivao narudžbu, zaboravio salate, kad ih je donio čekali smo začine, juhu donio istovremeno s glavnim jelom, janjetina, same kosti.
Ali najgore od svega je stav šefa!
Na konstruktivnu kritiku, reagira neizainzeresirano i bahato, bez ikakvog pristupa gostu.

Prvi naš i zadnji posjet Baltazara, ne profesionalna usluga, na preporuku konobara naručili janjetinu koja je došla s 20% mesa i ostalo otpad. Žalili se konobaru koji je prenio šefu, ali se prave mutavi kao da smo došli besplatno ručati. Konobar zbunjen, donio neke krive stvari, na odlasku dolazimo za šank tražiti račun i šefa kako bi mu prenijeli naše ne zadovoljstvo usluge i kvalitet hrane na što se on kao čudi i ne vidi što bi on to trebao ispravit. Tražili smo umanjenje računa jer smo ostali gladni i otišli u drugi restoran. Šef je bio ne ljubazan niti je htio saslušati našu kritiku. Nije za preporuku.

Bili smo gosti ovog restorana, konobari su blago senilni jer i kad zapisu narudzbu krivo donesu, vlasnik/sef restorana nije ljubazan i nema profesionalnosti. Ambient i basta su fini, hrana se meni nije nista svidila, juha od divljih sparoga niti zagrebacki sa pireom, kruh neslan, konobari zbunjeni spori…

The food was okay, except for the steak, which was full of tough parts like ligaments. Additionally, the waiter seemed unfriendly towards us. We didn't feel inclined to leave a tip because he appeared annoyed when we declined to order a starter or wine. At the end of the meal, he even remarked about the lack of a tip. Is that the type of person who should be working in a restaurant? We wouldn't consider returning; there are plenty of other restaurants with superior steak and service.
