A little off-center, close to the Galleria Business Center, the restaurant is located at the back of a courtyard. You don't come here for the decor but for the vegan choice. The menus change every day, based on cereals, vegetables, legumes and other ingredients rich in nutrients and taste (rice, bulgur, millet, quinoa, amaranth, tofu, seitan, tempeh, chickpeas, buckwheat and spelt, green shoots, seaweed...)
