Upravo htio naručiti sobu a " ljubazni" gospodin mi nije dao da dođem do riječi kad sam pita za smještaj za 3 osobe, već mi poklopio slušalicu. Kad sam ponovno zvao, odbijao je pozive.

KATASTROPHAL!
Ich empfehle dieses Hotel niemandem! Wir sind rein in das zimmer gegangen und wollten direkt wieder raus. Spinnennetze, dreckiger Boden, aus der Bettwäsche kamen Insekte, ekelhafter Geruch und gelbe Bettwäsche!!! Dieses Hotel verdient eine Anzeige!!!
Nachdem wir traumatisiert worden sind von diesem hotel sind wir zu meiner tante übernachten gegangen.
Bitte geht nicht dorthin ihr werdet es bereuen!

The Ilica hotel is... SURPRISING! I do not find other word. We was 5 in all and had a room for all 5 (a suite?). The decoration of the room was kitsch, but nice... the hotel is clean and ideally located on the longest shopping street of Zagreb: Ilica Ulica. Just opposite a tram station is that will take you to the main square of Zagreb. Breakfast is simple but decent. I do not know if it is because we were French, but we (really) were very warmly welcomed by the Manager in person who rai mall some French words. It made us visit the hotel and we even could choose our room! We felt including VIP. In short! Without considering this exceptional welcome, it is a hotel that I recommend because value and an ideal location in the heart of what is for me the most beautiful capital of the Balkans.
