MUSEUM OF THE OLD TOWN (MUZEJ GRADA ZAGREBA)
Museum in Zagreb preserving more than 75,000 works of art and everyday and religious objects from the major stages of Croatian history.
Located in the former convent of the Sisters of St. Clare (1650), the national collection is presented on several levels. As the capital, Zagreb has more than 75,000 works and objects of everyday and religious interest, which trace the major stages of Croatian history. From prehistory to the 20th century, including the episodes of the last war (1991-1995), all the collections can be discovered by following an exemplary museographic path, designed by the architect Željko Kovačić.
