Proud of its long history, the bakery celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2021. 1961, the Mikelec family started baking bread in their house in Dubravica (Zagreb region). 1962, first deliveries to the capital. 1963, the stand mixer replaces manual kneading. 2001, first stall on the market in Zaprešić. 2012, the first shop opens on Gajeva Street. Today, with about 30 bakeries in Zagreb, the production expands to various products, multigrain breads with spring water, sandwiches, bureks, pizzas, salads, cakes and pastries.
