Najbolji dio hotela-ljubazni i usluzni zaposlenici (posebno gospođe na recepciji). Usluga primjerena cijeni. Sobe bi trebalo osvježiti. Namještaj je iz nekih prošlih vremena ali služi svrsi. Restoran uredan i čist uz standarni doručak. Lokacija u blizini i sa pogledom na Varaždin. Besplatni parking.

Ugodan i miran hotel, odlična lokacija! Sobe uredne, dobili smo prostrani apartman zbog mjesta za dijete. Bilo ga je teže ugrijati ali smo se obratili recepciji, dobili dodatnu grijalicu i za dva sata bilo je ugodno toplo. Osoblje vrlo ljubazno i doručak sasvim dobar. Svakako bismo ponovno došli.
