Gallery in the southeast of the fortress presenting modern works and temporary exhibitions of contemporary artists.
Located to the southeast of the fortress, the Palača Sermage Museum (Gallery of Old and Contemporary Masters) is an elegant Baroque-Rococo building dating from the late 18th century. It houses a permanent exhibition of old paintings (nearly 5300 works), including a collection of Croatian and European artists, mainly from the Italian and Nordic schools. The gallery also features modern works and temporary exhibitions by contemporary artists. In the palace courtyard, the refreshment bar is very pleasant.
