Church of the Franciscan convent which houses the tombstones of Nikola and Lovro Ilocki in Ilok.
The Franciscan convent church houses the tombstones of Nikola and Lovro Iločki, the 15th-century owners of the fiefdom, as well as the relics of St. John of Capistran, an Italian monk who preached throughout Europe and died in Ilok in 1456. The ensemble has lost its original form, particularly following the neo-Gothic restoration. During the last war, the monks mined the church to prevent the Serbs from entering. Part of the building was damaged.
