This family-run hotel is surprisingly decorated with a facade worthy of a Walt Disney film. The interior is all woodwork, the rooms are comfortable, some with four-poster beds. All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with TV, safe, telephone and minibar. The establishment offers wellness packages, such as flower baths, hop leaf baths and soothing craft beer baths. I’ve booked a room from a well known site.
I sent a message (from the app) that I will be late. They did not answer.
I called at 21:00, to ask if there is an 24h reception and a lady told me yes.
At 00:48 they respond by the app too that it is ok.
I arrived by 02:00 am and the lady told me that there is no room left!!!!
Just like that. Everything in this area was fully booked.

Eine abgefahrene Übernachtungsstätte im Stil einer Festung mit sehr gutem Frühstück und sehr gutem Abendessen.

I titolari sono estremamente maleducati e non sanno una parola di inglese. Si sentono le urla dalla cucina quando moglie e marito litigano fra di loro. Il servizio al tavolo è pessimo, per una cena con 5 salsicce per due persone chiedono 34 euro senza pudore. Un incubo

Ils devraient être à la retraite.
