Jean-Christophe Housieaux has been a passionate beekeeper-harvester since the age of 15. Today, he has over 500 hives, rigorously distributed throughout the Puy-de-Dôme region. His bees produce raw, unheated and processed honey, to preserve all its benefits. Ecologically-minded, his honey can be bought in bulk. You can also bring in your own jars, which will be washed and reused. He produces propolis, which he sells to a specialist for processing, and has a local confectioner make sweets from his honey.

I discovered the world of bees at the age of 15. Even today, every spring brings me emotions similar to my first hive opening!
In 2011, I decided to make beekeeping my profession, to combine professional activity with personal values.
Respecting nature and the resources it offers is my guiding principle.
The Auvergne, with its diversity of terroirs, offers us the possibility of harvesting authentic raw honeys.
