Restaurant located in a popular area of Athens offering traditional Greek cuisine by the chef Andreas Eftaxias.

In the old printing house owned by his father, chef Andreas Eftaxias has created one of the best mezzedopoleía in Athens. Every day, the chef offers a more than succulent re-edition of the old traditional Greek recipes: fava with caramelized onions, stuffed sardines, stuffed vine leaves, shrimps, veal steak.... In short, O Typografos (the printer) is an excellent opportunity to learn about Greek cuisine and at the same time get to know an old and evolving popular neighborhood.

Love the food and vibes of this place. The mushroom risotto was much enjoyed by my family, but I personally loved the Cretan Apalki with Pasta. Lovely couple serving. A wonderful start to a trip to Athens.
