Of Kurdish origin and a political refugee, Ismaël has found his feet in the Exarchia district, combining Kurdish, Turkish and Anatolian recipes in succulent dishes, without compromising on the quality of raw materials. Don't miss the yaglama (a kind of lasagne with homemade dough, three minced meats and yoghurt), chi kefta or kiounefé for dessert. Excellent value for money.
