The kitchen and living room are shared between the residents, as well as a small outdoor courtyard, which is part of the common living and socializing areas. The double rooms are well-equipped (each one also has a private balcony, a safe and a private bathroom with shower) and the location is impeccable, as Methonis Street is quite quiet, although in the heart of Exarchia. There's a kitchen, but not the cooking in type and the A.C. is central, so you're going to have disputes about temperatures.
The rooms can be opened up during the evening for the cool change, but this also invites in the mosquitoes.
Also, If you're after a more alternative perspective on the city, this area has a lot more edge. The better cafes, winebars and restaurants are why you'd stay here.
