The kitchen and living room are shared between the residents, as well as a small outdoor courtyard, which is part of the common living and socializing areas. The double rooms are well-equipped (each one also has a private balcony, a safe and a private bathroom with shower) and the location is impeccable, as Methonis Street is quite quiet, although in the heart of Exarchia.
