A modern, functional youth hostel offering woman-friendly accommodation and excellent value for money.
Close to a metro station and some of Athens' major tourist attractions, this new hostel is modern and functional. If the decor lacks a little warmth, that's the only negative point. As for the rest: nothing to say. Women's dormitories, comfort, safety and entertainment are all on the agenda. The communal areas are pleasant and conducive to socializing. The atmosphere is young and international. What's more, the staff are really friendly. Very good value for money for this woman-friendly accommodation.

I stayed for two nights in the off season and paid around 10€ per night.
When I first arrived the showers and toilets were very dirty. There was poop on the garbage and hair and dirt everywhere in the floor. I didn’t wanted to shower. It was eventually cleaned the day after…
It was very cold in the rooms, because the Windows were not sealed properly.
Unfortunately the rooms don’t have locks. Everybody could come in and break the locker (that you get for free) etc.
I met a lot of nice Traveller a and had a good time, but the tidiness and location add some minus points..
Also, there’s a tiny area to socialize, but no we’re to work in peace and quietness
Kitchen could use more than two plates and 10 drinking vessels, but it still is functional.
Reception desk is staffed in person from about noon to about five pm (IIRC) but they are very responsive to whatsapp text messages the rest of the time. This is how they keep prices affordable.
It is true that if you are on 3rd or 4th floor, you do have to walk or take elevator down to 2nd (or 1st) floor to shower and use bathroom.
If you handwash clothes, you can hang them on hooks by your bed or you can dry them almost instantaneously on the rack on the 4th-floor terrace, which has a great view of the Acropolis.
