Hotel located in the very centre of Athens, between Omonia and Syntagma squares, with a restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine.
This giant, enthroned between Omonia and Syntagma squares, was built in the 1970s. Located right in the center of Athens, its pride and joy is its Olive Garden restaurant, perched on the greenhouse-shaped rooftop overlooking the city. In a fresh, exceptionally bright atmosphere, you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine that has already won the first prize for hotel kitchens in Athens. Partially renovated in 2017, since 2024 the hotel has been owned by a major luxury hotel group, and several much-needed renovation touches are planned.

absurdamente lotado café muito turístico sempre cheio atendimento quarto +- localização razoável nos cobraram p deixar as malas guardadas 5 dias até voltarmos p mais uma noite atitude antipática

لقد حجزت بالفندق لمده اربع ليالي وكانت الصور مذهله حقا وسعر ليسه رخيص لاكن كنت راضي بالنظر الى صور عندما وصلت للاوتيل كان مركز الاستقبال جميل جدا ومظهر الخارجي جميل جدا تظن نفسك انك فعلا في فندق 4 نجوم لاكن حينما استلمت الغرفه اصبت بالصدمه كانت لاتفرق ابدا بشعور وكانك بسجن الغرفه بالاكمل مكسرا وتخت لم تقدر تستلقيه عليه غير اذا كنت روبورت النظافه صفر قلت لنفسي بالتاكيد يوجد غلط تكلمت مع المسوول وكان ابدا ليسه متعاون وقال ليه انه الغرف كلى هكذا قلت له هل كله مكسرا قال هذا غرفه تانيه ذهبت الى الغرفه التانيه وكانت نفس الاولى بالضبط فرضيت وقعدت هذا الاربع ايام لاكن ياصدقاء الشعور بالغرفه يشبه شعور وكانك في سجن انصحك بشده ان لاتحجز مسبقا لانك سوفه تحصل على نفس الشعور .. بالنسبه للفطور كان ممتاز لاكن الخدمه صفر لايوجد احد متعاون وكانك قاعد في بلاش

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your efforts in conducting an investigation. However, I must respectfully disagree with your findings. My toiletries did indeed go missing after the maid serviced my room, and I stand by my account of the events.
I understand that you prioritize the safety of guests' possessions, but unfortunately, in this instance, it seems something went amiss. I assure you, I have no reason to fabricate such a claim.
While I acknowledge your stance on compensation, I am disappointed that the hotel cannot offer any resolution for the loss of my belongings. Moving forward, I hope this incident prompts a review of your housekeeping procedures to prevent similar occurrences for future guests.

En positiu: Hotel de 4 estrelles amb bona ubicació, una gran i luxosa recepció i terrassa amb vistes al Partenon. El desdejuny era bufet lliure, molt complet i variat, amb iogurt grec i fruita confitada, però li mancava productes típics grecs.
En negatiu: La primera vegada que estaguerem ens col·locaren una habitació no reformada que no mereixia ni 2 estrelles. Demanarem una habitació millor per a quan tornarem, dies després, per estar 2 dies més a Atenes. Aleshores ens donaren una habitació familiar reformada interior, amb bany enfront de la porta d'entrada i 4 llits, 2 per cada banda del bany. L'habitació tenia tant de soroll dels aparells d'aire condicionat, que no es podia dormir.
La sorpresa és que no netejaren l'habitació en els 2 dies.
Pose una estrella només al servei perquè no netejaren i a recepció perquè no ens oferiren una habitació normal, reformada, sense soroll, quan havíem pagat per una habitació de 4 estrelles i ens havíem queixat abans.
