One of the friends of the famous Greek actress Melina Mercouri wanted to create an establishment at the foot of the Acropolis to pay tribute to this woman who fought, as Minister of Culture, to bring back to Greece the Parthenon friezes and the caryatid on display in the British Museum. In a 19th century building in Plaka, in a quiet and shady alley, Andreas has created a picturesque and welcoming bistro, ideal to refresh and enjoy yourself during the hot summer months, away from the flow of tourists.
