The museum contains a very large collection of objects testifying to the traditional arts of mainland Greece and the islands. On the ground floor there are broderies from various origins, an exhibition on the shadow theatre as well as some carnival legends from several parts of Greece. On the first floor you will discover works by Théophilos, a naive painter who illustrated some great moments in Greek history. On the second floor, a beautiful collection of arms, jewellery and religious objects. And finally, the third floor houses traditional costumes from different parts of Greece. Regularly, "shadow theatre" shows, a Greek tradition, are organised for children.
