The neoclassical mansion with its 125 years of history, restored in 2013, opened its doors with the motto "The Greek spirit simmers its future". In a cosmopolitan atmosphere, the new chef Mr. Rossi and his team offer dishes and mezedes inspired by traditional Greek cuisine but simmered, this time with a pinch of innovative spirit. The result is remarkable. Cocktails are made with local herbs and spirits. Bergamot ice cream is a delight. An address that is really worth a visit.
