CENTRE DE PREMIERS SOINS
The Centre de Permanence des Soins de Proximité (CPSP) in Rafina is a local unscheduled care center that operates in an original way. It is located within the public hospital Centre hospitalier de Neufchâtel-en-Bray, and provides unscheduled daytime care to support GPs practicing in their own practices. The care provided does not fall within the scope of hospital emergency services. The CPSP also provides permanent ambulatory care at night until 11pm, as well as on weekends and public holidays. During office hours, a doctor assisted by a nurse is on call, mainly by doctors from the Maison de Santé Pluri Professionnelle (MSP) located near the CPSP and several local doctors. Outside these hours, duty is provided by doctors who are members of the Association Médecins Brayons (AMB). The CPSP sees between 10,000 and 12,000 patients every year.
