This museum (Στρατιωτικό Μουσείο Τρίπολης/Stratiotiko Mousio Tripolis) is an annex of the War Museum in Athens. Housed on the1st floor of a former archbishop's palace (1861), it looks back at the conflicts in which the Arcadians took part from 1821 to 1944: weapons, uniforms, photographs... One section (with a death mask) is dedicated to General Theodoros Kolokotronis (1770-1843), who won the Tripolizza victory here on September 23, 1821.
