Trekking Hellas, a tour operator specializing in hikes throughout Greece, has a branch in Vlachorraptis (population 30), near Atsicholos and the Loussios Gorge. It offers hikes (4h) and rafting trips (4h). The rafting trip is possible all year round, but is not recommended for children from November to April. Also in the catalog: hike to the Vassae temple (4h) and rafting on the Alpheus (6h) and Erymanthe (4h) rivers. The latter is the most difficult river in Greece and requires a good level of skill.
