The "Recettes maison" restaurant (Συνταγές Μαγειρικής) is located on the pretty Anagnostopoulou square, opposite the bakery and 100 m from the old fountain. Since 1977, good traditional local cuisine has been served here: goat's cheese with oregano, stewed pork, smoked cheeses, chickpeas with tomato, walnut salad, sausages and grilled meats from the Andritsena butcher and a very good halva portokalopita for dessert. Enjoy all this in the arcaded hall or under the square's plane tree.
