Since 2023, this gourmet restaurant has been the new sensation at Le Magne. Chef Stavriani Zervakakou offers inventive, seasonal cuisine based on local produce: herring salad with green tomatoes and citrus, enhanced with vanilla; veal and egg with pickled cucumbers and sautéed zucchini; fillet of pagre with nectarine sauce and ewe's butter; syglino (marinated pork) in a swallow's nest... Carefully-crafted desserts to share, a fine wine list, pleasant surroundings (dining room or terrace) and friendly staff. Reservations recommended.
