This restaurant (Ταβέρνα Ζάχος) is located along the road to the ski resort of Mount Parnassus, on the Livadi plateau, shortly before Kalyvia. The large stone-walled room is elegant with fireplace, chandeliers, tables covered with white tablecloths and a reproduction of Da Vinci's Last Supper. Here you can enjoy fine beef, stews, kebabs, an excellent Arachova cheese tart, sweet potato soup, wild boar with plums, melting lamb... A fine wine list and attentive service.

Επισκεφτήκαμε αυτό το μέρος Κυριακή μεσημέρι, δεν είχε κόσμο ιδιαίτερο ίσως επειδή είναι η εποχή που δεν έχει πολύ κόσμο στην Αράχωβα. Παρόλα αυτά η κοπέλα που μας εξυπηρέτησε ήταν ευγενέστατη και χαμογελαστή. Το παϊδακι ήταν απίστευτα νόστιμο και πολύ καλά ψημενο. Από τιμές μεσαία κατάσταση, ήταν λίγο τσιμπημένες.Το μπιφτέκι γεμιστό με φέτα ήταν πεντανόστιμο!

Ωραία ταβέρνα, λίγο ακριβή, είχαμε ακούσει πολύ καλά σχόλια οπότε περιμέναμε το τέλειο φαγητό. Ήταν μια χαρά, μενού ταβέρνας με κρεατικά και σούβλες, χωρίς να είναι κάτι ιδιαίτερο. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετική και γρήγορη!

Coup de coeur pour ce petit restaurant sympa à Arachova. Les aliments étaient très bons et de qualité (la moussaka était délicieuse et très généreuse).
Le personnel était également souriant et à l'écoute.

Delicious, fresh and unique food/flavours. Great atmosphere befitting such a gorgeous town/view and amazing service.
I don't know what else to say. If you're looking for a proper meal while visiting Arachova, this is the place. Recommend their salad and cheese, both were so fresh and delicious. The eggplant was similarly delectable.
