This private museum (Ναυτικό και Ιστορικό Μουσείο Γαλαξειδίου/Naftiko kai Istoriko Mousio Galaxidiou) is housed in an 1870 house. It recounts the history of the sailors and shipowners of Galaxidi, which counted up to 350 trading ships in the 1950s. Tables, nautical charts, navigation instruments, models, figureheads, weapons, stamps... The museum also looks back at the history of Galaxidi, with a small archaeological collection.
