Beaches of Kryoneri, Piso Kryoneri, Valtos, Lichnos, Agianakis and Sarakiniko. All are crowded in summer.
Kryoneri beach is the best-known, overlooking the small island of Panagia. To the south, Piso Kryoneri beach takes the form of a small cove bordered for the most part by sand. The larger beaches of Valtos and Lichnos are also popular with tourists. More difficult to access, Agianakis beach, much further south, is bathed in turquoise water and has the advantage of being less crowded.
