This restaurant (Θαμών) is located on the main street in the city center, where there are plenty of other places to eat. Chef Yiannis Christidis offers seasonal Epirote cuisine: beet and pumpkin with Metsovo cheese, smoked trout with cauliflower, beef tartare with dried figs, mushroom and hazelnut risotto, veal cheeks with smoked potatoes and anthotyro cheese, cake with almonds, pistachios, yoghurt and rose... Neat decor. Interesting wine list. Reservations recommended.
