This new restaurant offers seasonal cuisine prepared by Emmanuel Planche. Enjoy, for example, a ceviche of wolf's cheek or a filet of roast apricot duck. Or maybe you'd like to try the dish of the day? Take a seat in one of the vaulted, stone-walled dining rooms, or sit out on the pleasant terrace and enjoy the lively village atmosphere. Incidentally, the restaurant's name refers to arkose, a local blond sandstone used to build the village of Montpeyroux and some of the region's most emblematic monuments.

Très jolie surprise que ce restaurant Art-Koze accueillant et délicieux. Le site est magnifique, la terrasse appelle aux plaisirs (la salle semble aussi très agréable) et le personnel est aux petits soins même si nous n'avions pas réservé.
La carte est attirante et faite de produits régionaux, les plats sont beaux et délicieux et les prix tout à fait raisonnables. Un lieu à ne pas manquer !
