ECOVINO

This fair, which has been in existence for 10 years, puts the spotlight on organic wines. There are about thirty winemakers from all over France, conferences, debates and of course a lovely market of Auvergne and organic producers. It's the place to be for advocates of a different agriculture or a different way of life. Its founder, Yvan Bernard, a winegrower in Montpeyroux, can be proud of the success of his initiative: "Today, organic is much more than a fashion, it's a real groundswell", he admits. We love the atmosphere and the meetings are fascinating.
