In the setting of a 1960s café, with jukebox, marble tables and mosaics, the "new leaf" (Νέα Φωλιά) is a good Greek restaurant with a few modern touches: vegetable salad with plums and orange, octopus with fava and pickle of sea rockrose, grilled shrimps with leeks and mushrooms... Products from small farmers and fishermen from Macedonia, Thrace and Thessaly are well showcased. A wide selection of cheeses and wines, including the expensive "Moi je m'en fous" from Domaine Mr Nicolas de Karditsa.

We came here somehow by chance, another place where we wanted to go was full, and experienced one of our best meals in Greece. Not just the food is fantastic, but also the place itself is a real jewel of authenticity and kindness. We got anchovies, octopus, cheese, a vegetable stew and everything tasted so fresh and yummy. Honestly we can't wait to go back to Thessaloniki and have another bite there!

Πολύ όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος. Ο χώρος δεν είναι πολύ μεγάλος, οπότε ίσως χρειαστεί να γίνει κράτηση. Γρήγορη και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση. Πολύ καλό και ποιοτικό φαγητό για τις τιμές του καταλόγου. Στο τέλος προσφέρουν και γλυκάκι. Recommended: μοσχαράκι με ψητά κυδώνια και κάρυ!!! Επίσης το χύμα κρασί Syrah ήταν πολύ καλό!

Εξαιρετικό φαγητό, πλούσιες μερίδες και καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Δημιουργική ελληνική κουζίνα σε λογικές τιμές. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
