ABC HOTEL
Charmless hotel, but well located: metro, museums, monuments. Suitable rooms and breakfast. Pay parking opposite.
Housed in a 1970 concrete building, this hotel stands in front of Thessaloniki's busiest traffic circle, adorned with the "Fountain" (Sintrivani) column, given to the city by Sultan Abdülhamid II in 1889. Rooms and breakfast are decent. The hotel's main advantage is its proximity to the Arch of Galerius, the Rotunda, the White Tower and major museums. Paid parking opposite, at the HelExpo. For the record, the hotel is named after its founder: Athanassios Brovas, son of Christos.
