Don't expect much! This glass kiosk on the main square is often closed for no reason, and the staff give vague information in equally vague English. The level improves a little during major events such as the International Fair (September) or the Film Festival (November). There's also an office at the airport, which is more efficient and open every day (7.30am-0am). But the White Tower office is closed.
