HOTEL ROTONDA
3-star establishment offering comfortable rooms, some with balcony or terrace.
This small, hidden and very lively district (Μπίτ Μπαζάρ) bears the strange name of Turkish origin of "lice market" (Bit Pazar): it was here that Greeks driven out of Turkey in the 1920s sold their old clothes. It later became the antiques district. Many stores have closed down, and those that remain are of little interest. But in the heart of the block, through graffiti-covered galleries, you'll find a great atmosphere, with lots of bars and little restaurants where students flock almost every evening.
