Small in size, but the largest baths of the late Byzantine period in Greece. In operation from 1290 to 1940. Unesco.

These 1290s baths (Βυζαντινό Λουτρό της Άνω Πόλης/Vyzantino Loutro tis Ano Polis) are one of 15 monuments in Thessaloniki listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site. Although small in size (12.5 × 17.5 m), they are the largest late-Byzantine baths in Greece. They are also well preserved, despite a few anachronistic features such as 20th-century French taps. And with good reason: they were in operation until 1940.
