This large grocery-restaurant is organized around an oval bar and a few tables serving products on sale on the shelves or in specialized stores (greengrocer, butcher, fishmonger...). Greek produce is in the spotlight, with a whole range of Ergon products and a nice brunch formula. Quite expensive. But the concept works well, since this company founded in Thessalonica in 2008 has 25 franchises in Greece (Athens, Chalkidiki, Santorini...), London, Cyprus, Qatar and Abu Dhabi.
