HÔTEL MENDI

Відпочивала в цьому готелі 31.07.2023 вкрали з номеру все золото і гроші,за цей тиждень крадіжки були у 3 сімей з України. Двері в номері не були зламані. Від адміністрації готелю крім хамства і крику нічого не отримали,про допомогу розібратись навіть нема мови! «Це ваші проблеми і ви нічого не докажете»-відповідь на наше звернення. В поліції на те ,що є камери відповіли-це дуже довго дивитися,а вони одні на всю місцевість. В готель після написання заяви навіть не приїхали. І це все сталось за день до відʼїзду- з розрахунком ,що ніхто нічого доказувати не буде!
Що за дурниці- виписуєте! У вашому готелі небезпечно знаходитись, ви самі дали відповідь-що доступ до номерів мають тільки люди,які працюють в цьому готелі!! Вашу допомогу у розслідуванні бачив весь готель, як ви ходили і насміхались з нас,замість того,щоб сісти і дивитись камери спостереження-але для чого,як ви знаєте-хто це робить!! А що ви скажете ,про всіх постраждалих!всі на вас хочуть зробити «наклеп»! Тепер все відомо, що це сталося за день до відʼїзду-коли вернулися в номер і двері були заблоковані-картка не спрацювала ,на рецепшені сказали якась не зрозуміла помилка- а це просто був потрібен час,щоб вийти з номеру!!оскільки по приізду мало того що золото і гроші вкрали,так ще і одяг!!нехай «добре «носиться !!!!!

The hotel Mendi 4* is amazing for the price and for the stars..the staff is soo friendly and rooms are zo cleanless 10/10. My holiday have been with my family all be happy. I recommended this hotel to all of the world. Have a nice summer trip to Greece ????

Robbed on my wedding day! I celebrated my wedding in this hotel and everything was superb until after the celebration we discovered that money had been stolen from several rooms including mine. The owner (or the daughter of the owner, I'm not sure) instead of helping us and calming everyone down started yelling, blaming my guests and family, and threatened to call the police on us when we asked her (very politely) to check on her staff.

My fiancee's family came all the way from Ukraine (we paid for everything to accommodate them), they have never been abroad before and weren't told anything about using the safe in the room (no instruction, no warning, nothing). Also, the hotel doesn't have any security cameras on the floors (and we were told by the owner that it's illegal to have cameras on the floor? though the police later stated otherwise and that hotel owners are usually just lazy and don't want to spend money on cameras). When I told the owner/manager that they should warn their guests about not having cameras on the floors she yelled at me "When you open your own hotel then you can do whatever you want there!".

This owner/manager/daughter completely discriminated against Ukrainians saying that they are using Greek support money (??) to travel and they always bring trouble (which happens, I understand but again, it was my wedding, and my fiancee and I paid for our guests to be able to come and celebrate this day with us).

Only small sums were taken (100-150 euros) from each room (and only from people who had a lot of cash on them, if it was the only money in a wallet or a suitcase nobody took it). It shows that they hoped people wouldn't notice money missing, at least not right away. I myself prefer to pay with the card but since it was my wedding day I had a lot of cash on me to pay the vendors.

The worst part is really the owner/manager's reaction. If she had been on our side, and told us that she would look into it and she was sorry that it happened, we would be okay to let it go. But we didn't hear "we are sorry it happened" even once. ONCE. Instead, she blamed the guests, asked for the proves that we even had the money on us, yelled at us, and discriminated against our relatives and family. Very unprofessional and upsetting. I hope my review helps someone avoid having the same experience.

We celebrated our wedding in this hotel, many of my relatives were there. During the ceremony, cash of 100-150 euros disappeared from 3 rooms, including my room. After discovering the missing money, we tried to communicate with the hotel owners, and in response we received misunderstanding, aggression, and discrimination based on nationality. Afterwards we called the police to the hotel, who did nothing.

Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück- und Abendbuffet sehr gut. Pool und die Anlage sind toll. Service hervorragend. Empfelung.
