SYKIA BEACH
Large sandy beach with five smaller ones around. Restaurants and campsites, but not too crowded in summer.
This sandy beach (Παραλία Συκιάς) stretches 1.5 km in length at the head of a large bay. Around old 19th-century windmills has developed a small seaside resort with a few rentals, three campsites (two to the north, one to the south), two restaurants (to the north) and one or two cafe-bars-renting deckchairs. Other pretty little beaches can be found around the bay. To the north, Valti is next to a campsite and, further out, Agridia has a bar. To the south, the beaches of Linaraki, Skala and Tourkolimnionas each have a restaurant.
