A good compromise for sleeping in Ouranoupoli: right in front of the main beach, plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby and rooms that are a little old-fashioned, admittedly, but well kept, with shower, wifi, air-conditioning, fridge and hairdryer, not forgetting the balcony overlooking the sea. All at fairly reasonable rates and with professional, welcoming staff. As for breakfast, it's not essential, especially as there's a good bakery a stone's throw away. Three-night minimum stay in July and August. Street parking.
