This municipal museum (Μουσείο Σύγχρονης Τέχνης Φλώρινας/Mousio Synchronis Technis Florinas) exhibits a painting by El Greco on loan from the National Pinacoteca in Athens: Saint Peter (c. 1600), austere and holding the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven. Otherwise, the collection comprises some 700 works from the 19th to 21st centuries, mainly by Greek artists such as Moralis and Chatzikyriakos-Gikas. Also: a small engraving by Chagall(Woman with flowers).
