FLORINA MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY ART

This municipal museum (Μουσείο Σύγχρονης Τέχνης Φλώρινας/Mousio Synchronis Technis Florinas) exhibits a painting by El Greco on loan from the National Pinacoteca in Athens: Saint Peter (c. 1600), austere and holding the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven. Otherwise, the collection comprises some 700 works from the 19th^{to 21st} centuries, mainly by Greek artists such as Moralis and Chatzikyriakos-Gikas. Also: a small engraving by Chagall(Woman with flowers).
