Remains of a church in Aghios Achilleos.
This ruined basilica (Βασιλική Αγίων Αποστόλων/Vasiliki Agion Apostolon) was founded in the 11th or 12th century. Only the foundations have survived. The two columns that still stand in the center of the ruins come from earlier buildings. On a square stone, a Latin inscription remains, with the remains of a Hellenistic building beneath the church foundations, showing that the site was occupied without interruption from Hellenistic to Byzantine times.
