Marc, a butcher by profession, wanted to bring together the region's best products and federate local producers. He makes a point of communicating their origin and the practices of their producers. La Ferme auvergnate cooks charcuterie, terrines and homemade specialties based on Combrailles pork. It also produces gourmet gift baskets.
