Probably the best place to eat in the Kavala region. Set beneath Mount Pangée, this restaurant offers a blend of French and Mediterranean cuisine: lamb tartare, cauliflower risotto, Charolais beef with Archduke sauce, cereals with tomato pesto... Among the wines, we recommend an organic red from the Costa Lazaridi d'Adriani estate, near Drama. You can also sleep on site, in one of four charming apartments with Coco-Mat mattresses, tasteful decor and a good breakfast. Reservations recommended.
