In the modern building in Faliro Park, facing the sea. Objects from Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, from the Paleolithic to Byzantium.

This museum (Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο Καβάλας/Archaiologikos Mousio Kavalas) occupies a 1964 building within the pleasant Faliro Park. It houses objects discovered in Eastern Macedonia and Thrace: turtle-shaped vessels and vases from the Dikili Tas site (5300-2200 BC), Corinthian vases from the Oisimi site (6th century BC), remains from ancient Neapolis (today's Panagia district), sculptures and gold jewelry from Amphipolis, etc.
