Andreas Stavridis' tavern (Ταβέρνα Ανδρέας) is located in the village of Skopia (population 90), at 640 meters above sea level. It is renowned in the region for its succulent Greek meats: spit-roasted lamb from Skopia or Alistrati, black pork ribs from Olympus, rib-eye or entrecote of "red breed" beef from Kastoria-Krystallopigi. Plus: fine wines, mezzés, homemade sausages, village cheeses... Terrace or dining room with fireplace. Nearby, you can visit the beautiful Alistrati cave, 14 km to the south-east.
