A warm welcome, an aperitif, a tasty and generous plate, a view of the lake and the Sancy massif... the Auberge de la plage is a real break in the week, it smells like holidays and relaxation... and the right fork! On the menu are cheese and salted meat. Truffade, melted with Saint-Nectaire or fourme d'Ambert, Charolais beef carpaccio, duck confit with chanterelles, salads, including one vegetarian, and the famous boss's burger with steak salers and truffade. For the hungry, the homemade desserts of the day will add a sweet note. Remember to book in advance to fully enjoy this beautiful landscape.

Excellent service. Brasero original où vous allez cuire votre viande à votre goût (si certains la préfèrent façon semelle ). Belle vue sur le lac Chambon.

Serveur très désagréable dès l'arrivée pour l'assignation de table. Ensuite il a refusé de nous servir de la viande bien cuite et nous a suggéré d'aller ailleurs si cela ne nous convenait pas. Mes enfants sont Thaïlandais et ne mangent pas de viande saignante comme il voulait nous l'imposer.

5,5€ pour une gaufre au Nutella réchauffée, bière vraiment insipide, pas désagréable, cadre plutôt chouette mais ne vaut vraiment pas le prix consommé
