A traditional inn for a pleasant stay in Kalambaka.
The pastry-confectionery "one and more" (Ένα και Κάτι) is renowned for its halva farsalon, a dessert originating from the small town of Farsala/Φάρσαλα, 70 km southeast of Trikala. It differs from the two other types of halva found in Greece, those with tahini or semolina. Here, it's made with cornstarch and takes the form of a dark jelly with almonds and butterscotch. The Boulogiorgos family, who have run the store for two generations, also offer baklava, chocolate loukoums and more.
