Set in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes, in a warm, rustic setting, the auberge invites you to enjoy a gourmet moment. Elodie and Serge are attentive hosts. She takes care of welcoming guests in the dining room, while he takes care of the kitchen. With the likes of Banzo, Besson and Robuchon on his CV, he knows his classics. For 7 years, he was head chef at the French Embassy in Sweden. His return home is synonymous with a return to the terroir. Miam-miam. Accueil familial et chaleureux. Une patience d’ange pour le groupe dissipé que nous étions. Des recettes du terroir, des ingrédients de qualité, locaux et du VRAI fait maison. Glaces artisanales en prime. Merci pour cette pause déjeuner qui nous a régalés. Pensez à vos chéquiers, carte bleue pas acceptée.
