This café-ouzerie (Καφέ-Ουζερί Θεόφιλος) is run by the town hall and serves good traditional cuisine, in particular spetsofaï (sausage, peppers, tomatoes, onions and juniper), an emblematic Pelion dish. Housed in a house built in 1910, it was decorated the following year by the naive painter Theophilos, whose other works can be seen at the nearby museum and at the Theophilos Museum near Volos. Here, the artist has depicted the hero Antonis Katsantonis (c. 1775-1808) in a large battle scene. Terrace with beautiful views.
